Jessica is 17 years old, her mother had been murdered 10 years ago by a serial killer known as The Magpie Man and she is determined to get justice.
She is taking part in an online reality show where cameras following a person for one day a week for a month. There are 4 others taking part too and the person with the most views wins a three month contract and ‘Celebrity’!
But, Jess has an agenda, she wants to draw the Magpie Man from hiding to stop him killing anyone else and finally getting justice for the 13 victims…..so far!
Then Jess starts receiving disturbing text messages and someone is watching her. Can Jess finally find out the Magpie Man’s identity or is she putting herself and others in danger?
This is a YA thriller murder mystery for the digital age, it shows the benefits and dangers of social media and the information we share. It’s a story of loss, grief, guilt, love and friendship. An emotional rollercoaster with a dark thriller edge.
