MY REVIEW
The Favour is the tale of Ada, she wants to belong in high society with the ‘elite’ and she’ll do anything to be part of it.
This is a slow burn of story full of secrets and lies, oh and a death.
Beautifully written, full of detail and art history with wonderful descriptions of Italy and its architecture. There are some truly reprehensible characters and none of them are particularly likeable but you do feel for Ada as she searches for a place to belong. A captivating story to lose yourself in for a while.
Thank you to Random Things Tours for the opportunity to be part of this blog tour, for the promotional material and an eARC of The Favour.
